Hello all! And Happy New Year! How was your New Years and your holiday? Opportunities are posted every Monday but due to a recent trip, I was unable to post Monday. I am a little late this week, but our regular schedule will resume next week!
I hope that all of my writer followers are ready to start the year off right by submitting work. If you didn’t get around to submitting your work much in 2012, then 2013 is the perfect opportunity to start. Wouldn’t you love to see your byline in a literary magazine? Positions/Jobs
1. Fiction Editor for Sundog
Sundog Lit is now hiring a fiction editor to join their staff. As the magazine grows, they’re looking for someone who will actively keep up on submissions and editing, accepting/declining work, soliciting authors for work, promoting the magazine, and helping to generate content.
This is an unpaid position (as they’re a non-profit and don’t pay themselves).
If interested, send a letter of interest, a c.v., and any relevant work or samples to SundogLit@gmail.com with “Fiction Editor” in the subject line.
As always, Black Fox Literary Magazine is looking for submissions of fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry, art and photography. Be on the look out for the Winter Issue out later this month! Happy writing!
