Song of the Day: I Won’t Back Down by Tom Petty

Hello all! How was the weekend? Mine was too short. I usually have Fridays and Mondays off, but I’m working a different schedule this week and last. I ended up having to work Friday and today, so the weekend was shorter than what I’m used to. This is the BIG week. On Friday July 29, 2011 Black Fox Literary Magazine will release Issue #1! (Insert Dancing and streamers here.) I started the magazine with the lovely ladies Pam and Quita back in September. The summer seemed so far away back then, but the time literally flew. I can’t believe it’s almost here! And I couldn’t be more excited! I hope that you’ll stop by and check it out on Friday once it’s released. We will have a digital and print version. The digital version is free, but the print version is $10 plus shipping and handling. If you can, please buy a copy, it helps us with administrative costs. Someday, we hope it will be enough to help us pay our contributors. If you want all of our latest news, you can follow us on Twitter: @blackfoxlit. Finally, don’t hesitate to send your submit your work for consideration. Now, on to this week’s opportunities. Have a look and keep sending your work out there.
