Song of the Day: World’s Greatest by R. Kelly

Hello all! It’s June. Like, it’s really June. I’m actually VERY paranoid with time and I’m feeling a lot of pressure to complete all of the goals I set for this year. I have time, but before you know it, it’s going to be December! Which means that this week I’ll probably be doing a check-in to see where I am with my goals for the year.
I have some good news. I got an acceptance letter in my inbox on Friday! My story, Start to Stop will be published in The Rusty Nail. I’m thrilled! This story was rejected twice before. See? You have to keep trying! In that same way, I received a rejection in my inbox yesterday. I’m still going to keep submitting that story until I get a yes. How are you doing with submissions? Any acceptances? Any rejections? It’s like the Cinderella story. Us writers have to submit to a lot of magazines to find the perfect one.
