A quarterly contest open to writers globally. The first place winner will receive a cash prize of $300, $25 Amazon gift card, an e-book pack, an interview with WOW and publication on the WOW website. Second place will receive a prize of $200, a $25 Amazon gift card, an e-book pack, an interview with WOW and publication on the WOW website. 3. Twin Feather Publishing- Soaring Above Essay Contest
According to the contest site:
“Have you dreamed of being a published writer? Do you have an inspiring story of recovery or overcoming obstacles to share? We want to hear your story! The first prize winner will receive a hot air balloon ride for two, as well as publication in Twin Feather’s upcoming book. All entries will be considered for publication.”
Entries should be between 1,000 and 5,000 words. There is no entry fee and the contest closes on May 31, 2011.
